BCTY

BCTY (BARRINGTON COMMUNITY TEMPLE YOUTH) PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY for Jewish teens to meet and socialize while creating their own Jewish identity. BCTY engages in events and activities both at Temple Habonim and in the community. In the past BCTY has led successful movie nights, open mic nights, “THB Talks” and Hanukkah parties. Importantly, BCTY members participate in social action projects in greater Rhode Island.

BCTY is part of NFTY NE  (North American Federation of Temple Youth in the Northeast Area), a national organization that brings together Jewish teens to inspire participation in community building, social justice, and Jewish learning. BCTY connects via a group chat and other social media, including an instagram page (@barringtontempleyouth.) If you are interested in joining, please contact our Youth Group Advisor Danielle Friedman
