Mutual and Ongoing Review Committee Steve Buka, Roberta Segal and Bob Shea
Temple Habonim's Human Resources Committee has formed a new sub-committee, The Mutual Review Committee.
Over the next several months, we will establish a process to engage our congregants in conversations about our hopes, dreams, and wishes for Temple Habonim's future, ways that we might attain those goals together as a community, and the key roles that the rabbi, staff, and lay leaders will play in achieving them.
We will examine the specific areas where we excel along with areas where we need to improve. The work of the Long Range Planning Committee, chaired by Bob Kemp and including all past presidents, has been key in helping us get started. We want and need everyone else's input as well. Please start thinking about the various components of our Temple Habonim community, where we are headed as a congregation, and ways that you see yourself able to contribute your strengths to our community.
Every congregant's viewpoint is vital to our success. We will work diligently to make sure that we each have input and we are each actively involved in the process as we continue the work of making our congregation as open, inclusive and responsive to everyone's needs as possible. Over the next few months you will be reading more about our work, and we will call upon you to be part of this process. In the meantime, please contact us if you have initial suggestions or reactions. Thank you for being an active part of our congregation.
