A Meaningful Addition to Our Book of Memory 5779
The Book of Memory is one of our most precious congregational traditions. It will be distributed at our Yom Kippur Service on Wednesday, September 19th, and serves as an acknowledgement that those who came before us taught us, loved us, inspired us, and have not been forgotten.
Again this year, you have the opportunity to include several sentences (up to 72 words) about each person you are remembering and share some of your fondest memories of them.
In order to keep the Book of Memory current, it is necessary for you to resubmit these names annually - if there are no changes, you may indicate this on your form. There is no limit to the amount of names you can list.
A recommended donation of $18 for each name is requested. All submissions must be received by Friday, September 7th.
Click here to download a paper form that you can fill out and return to the Temple along with your donation by check or cash,
Complete the online form below to submit names electronically and make your donation by credit card/ PayPal (note: if you would like to include a write-up, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or send it in to the office via US mail)
Instructions for making donations to Temple Habonim via PayPal:
You do not need to have your own PayPal account to make donations, however, creating an account is free, and can be helpful.
After selecting your fund and entering your donation details, simply click the Donate button and you will be taken to PayPal's secure checkout page, where you can confirm the transaction and complete the payment process (if you do not have a PayPal account, look for the "No PayPal account" / "Don't have a PayPal account" link below the "Log In" button on the PayPal checkout page to pay directly via credit or debit card).
Please accept our sincerest thanks for your generosity.
